The beach with it's promenade (paseo) is just a five-minute walk away and there's a ferry straight to Puerto Banús from the nearest marina. There is no need to hire a car as everything is a walk or cycle away.



With its traditional design elements, including a serene Moroccan bath and a tranquil tea area overlooking a beautifully landscaped courtyard, this home exudes elegance. On entering the property guests will find a downstairs double bedroom, an open kitchen and living area with dining table for eight, as well as a delightful courtyard with relaxed seating for entertaining and a Turkish bath - to cool off or warm up in depending on the weather!



On the middle floor, there are three bedrooms that have been thoughtfully and individually designed; one even has access to a Moroccan tea area overlooking the courtyard below. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite.



Stepping onto the expansive open roof terrace, guests can enjoy the Mediterranean climate with an al fresco dining and bar area and a kitchenette with wood/charcoal barbecue. There's also a fifth bedroom on the upper terrace with an en-suite bathroom.
