Guests benefit from private, barrier-protected parking just behind the house, along with additional street parking nearby.



Please note: Marbellamar is a peaceful, residential community of elegant townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Bambu is not suitable for stag or hen groups, or guests planning loud gatherings. We kindly ask all visitors to maintain a serene environment and respect quiet hours, particularly within the communal areas.



Completely renovated in collaboration with a team of architects and interior designers, Casa Bambu showcases a striking fusion of minimalist design and timeless Mediterranean style. The open-plan lounge and dining area is bathed in natural light and tastefully styled with coral-inspired lighting, floating candles, and refined decorative accents. Floor-to-ceiling French doors open onto a lush, east-facing private terrace, offering shaded seating, an elegant dining area, and a tranquil green outlook—perfect for relaxed outdoor living.



The state-of-the-art kitchen is sleek and fully equipped with premium appliances, including a Nespresso machine. The ground floor also features a guest shower room, storage area, and a private elevator connecting all three levels of the home.



Upstairs, the master suite is a true sanctuary—featuring a walk-in wardrobe, dressing area, dedicated workspace, and a luxurious marble-clad bathroom. Two further beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with twin beds—share a spacious, modern family bathroom. All bathrooms include underfloor heating, and the home benefits from a new, split-system air conditioning and heating system throughout.



The top floor offers a fourth guest bedroom with a private terrace, an upper lounge and games area with a television, and access to a serene roof terrace boasting captivating sea views—a perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Mediterranean.
