Casa Calma ǀ stylish family and golfer paradise ǀ private pool ǀ 5 mins to beach

Casa Calma is a stylish, very well equipped Mediterranean style villa for families and golfers on a private plot of over 1,000 m2 with private salt water pool and exotic garden - it's our little paradise.

The villa is located directly in Marbella on a hill surrounded by other villas and offers sea views. By car you reach the beach in 5 minutes, the old town of Marbella in 10 minutes and the Río Real Golf Club in 5 minutes. Within a radius of 10 to 15 mins by car you can do whatever sport you like from padel/tennis to golf, hiking water sports, gyms, etc. or you go shopping or enjoy the vibrant nightlife and top restaurants. Amazing day trips to Ronda, Tarifa or Málaga make your stay complete, if your are the more active type of traveller.

We bought this villa in 2019, fully refurnished it and added lots of new amenities. Especially in the living area we got inspired by houses on Ibiza and Southeast Asia and used many natural materials such as teak, rattan and linen. The new kitchen is fully equipped with nice tableware, a new De'Longhi coffee machine, etc. and has direct access to the 70 m2 terrace. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating.

The terrace has a large wooden table, a lounge area and a wooden part that is perfect for your yoga activities. You also find a beautiful rustic barbecue area with a pizza oven.
Our favourite spot though is the large and cosy pool area where we love to hang out with our kids and friends.

The house has a 100 MBit fiber optic internet line. If you enjoy watching Netflix or Amazon Prime during your holidays, just log in on one of our flatscreen TVs. There is also a Bose Bluetooth speaker that you can connect to your phone to listen to your favourite music.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
