Casa Gosia is a lovely, fully air-conditioned, modernised bungalow available for rental year-round, accommodating up to 5 guests (with one on a sofa bed in the lounge). There are two double bedrooms: the master bedroom with an en suite shower room and a separate family shower room. The fully fitted open-plan kitchen features granite worktops, an electric hob/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. From the lounge, double patio doors open onto the first south-facing terrace, which offers sunbeds, a chill-out corner, and outdoor dining. A safety gate leads down to the next level, where you can enjoy a relaxing jacuzzi—perfect for cooling off in the summer or enjoying a glass of something bubbly in the evening. The third level features a built-in barbecue and dining area. For cooler evenings, the living room has a flat-screen TV with a variety of Spanish and international channels, as well as a fireplace. UK TV channels can be provided upon request and are available for an extra fee.



There is gated private parking, but a car is not necessary, as it is only a 15-minute easy walk to Cabopino port and beaches, as well as a variety of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Several well-known restaurants with beautiful gardens and terraces are just a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop for the regular service between Fuengirola and Marbella is also just 5 minutes away.



This is the perfect house for those who enjoy a beach holiday with added privacy and tranquility. It is also ideal for golfers, as Cabopino Golf Course and numerous other courses in the Elviria, Marbella, and Mijas Costa areas are nearby. The parking space is large enough for an estate car, providing plenty of room for golf clubs, and the jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after a day on the course.



Pets are not accepted, and the property is not suitable for young groups or parties.
