Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Penati is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.
Just 100 metres from the beautiful Casablanca Beach and surrounded by celebrity hotspots and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, Casa Penati offers direct access to the Paseo Marítimo (beachfront promenade). From here, guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll, jog, skate, or cycle east towards Marbella’s charming Old Town, with its cobbled streets, traditional tapas bars, and boutique shops. Only a few hundred metres to the west lies the iconic Marbella Club, followed by the celebrated Puente Romano Resort, home to world-class bars and restaurants, including three with Michelin stars. Continue a little further, and you’ll reach the legendary Puerto Banús, famed for its superyachts, designer boutiques, and vibrant nightlife.
