Central Marbella Apartment with Swimming Pools

The apartment comprises: WIFI, Living room with dining area and 45” Flat screen Sky TV with full sports package and movies, leading to sun terrace with 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs overlooking swimming pool; also a rear sun terrace for late evening sun. The kitchen has just been completely refurbished (January 2016) with new cupboards, work surface an American fridge freezer with iced filtered water on tap, new hob, oven, microwave,dishwasher, Also there is a, kettle, toaster, washing machine and access to the terrace; Master bedroom with king sized double bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom and access to terrace; Second bedroom with twin beds ceiling fan and en-suite shower room; Third bedroom with twin beds and ceiling fan; Fourth bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan; Third bathroom; Underground parking space available for an additional 7 euros a night. Three swimming pools, one of which is a paddling pool. The grounds are all enclosed and a key is required to enter or leave the premises. The apartment was freshly painted at the end of 2017. The apartment has central heating. There is a lift up to our floor. To see on Google Earth, search under "Marbella", then it is on co-ordinates 36 30 33 12" N, 4 53 33 07 W. Super apartment

We really enjoyed our family stay at this 4 bedroom apartment in The Parque complex in Marbella. Lovely spacious apartment with room for everyone to relax. Lisa the manager was really helpful and welcoming. It’s a shame that there is no AC but that would be the only issue. Otherwise the apartment is great. Central location with lots to see and do nearby. Excellent places to eat nearby. Everything within walking distance. The Lucky bar at entrance 2 of the complex is a great place to stop before heading out or back from a lovely meal. Highly recommend

A wonderful stay in perfect location

We had a fantastic time staying at this spacious and comfortable apartment. The location couldn’t have been better. It is situated next to a beautiful park. Just a short walk to both the marina and the charming old town. Marbella offers so much to see and do. It was a real bonus to be able to walk to the ferry for a lovely trip to Puerto Banús too! Lisa was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

This is the second time we rented this apartment. The location is excellent. It is great for a family gathering. Lisa was very responsive. The place was clean. They included bottles of white and red wine. The area is nice and the building has exterior locks, Nice pool. Meticulously maintained grounds. No AC — but the weather is good — we sleep with the fans on and windows open — very pleasant — like Hawaii.

Lovely apartment. We stay in Marbella 2-3 times each year and if possible alway choose The Parque Marbella. It’s close to the seafront but not noisy at night

Large central apartment

Rare property with 4 bedrooms so 4 adults each had their own room. Property a little tired in places and one shower needed head fixing so it was almost unusable. But otherwise a roomy apartment with everything you need and doors to close off bedrooms from the kitchen and lounge if your group are doing different things. Walls between apartments are not very thick so you could hear coughing at night in some rooms and there was some early drilling noises on the other side of the lounge. Note that you can’t use the pool before 10am so swimmers take note. But excellent comms and some supplies to start us off in the fridge. We had a good time.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Family of 8 looked all along the coast but this fitted the bill.in central Marbella, clean , spacious, 4 good bedrooms lovely living area and balcony ,everything provided .it s near beach restaurants and bars below ,great pools for the children .the best thing is the service provided by Lisa ,from the moment we arrived she was on hand to assist .thru whats app she was contactable immediately,not that there was any issue with the apartment we had a medical problem with the baby and she was outstanding in her advice .so guys no negatives .if you are family then this is a great place .plenty kids parks nearby .

Just back from a great week in this property. It’s is very well equipped and has very thing you would need for a stay in Marbella. Good Apartment

The apartment is ideally situated in Marbella for the shops, restaurants and the beach. Being a large apartment there is plenty of room and is comfortable. Good views from both balconies and good amenities, if you want to do your own cooking everything is there. The whole apartment block is kept very clean. Lisa looks after the apartment and is available by email and responds very quickly. I would book this apartment again.

Great location and very nice apartment

Overall we really enjoyed the stay and the apartment is nicely appointed. It is in a fantastic location close to the shops, restaurants and beach. I would have given a five star review but the apartment is let down by a lack of AC and not even a ceiling fan in the living room. This made the evenings very uncomfortable inside. I would also like to commend Lisa who manages the property who was very helpful and welcoming. Overall I highly recommend this property with a slight reservation regarding the lack of AC.

Apartment is in a great location, near to beach, shops, restaurants and old town Marbella.

The property was a great size, clean and bright with 3 bathrooms. Lots of TV channels which was great in the evenings. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and Lisa was very welcoming and available to give any help if needed. Would recommend this property to any family especially families with teenagers as it is located near Marbella shops and is very safe.

Had the most amazing girly break in Marbella! We absolutely loved the apartment, only a short walk to everything you need, beach, shop, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious also clean and tidy! The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful in regardless to telling us about the apartment. Fantastic location - literally minutes from all you need!

Nothing to say - it was a lovely stay - apartment is minutes from the beach and supermarket. Its quiet - gets the sun on the terrace until lunch which is quite enough - watch out for mozzies!! Lisa was amazing and helpful and was an absolute joy - she met us with wine and a big smile - and was there if we needed her.

Very clean spacious and excellent location

We were very happy to have spent our Easter break in Phil apartment in Marbella. We have three children under age 4 and the location was super as they could walk to the beach and orange Square without the hassle of 3 buggies. An excellent playground is located in the park next door which was very handy in the evening time. Phil was easy to communicate previous to our stay and was helpful with contacts when we needed help arranging transport etc. Lisa gave us a lovely welcome the night we arrived and text to see if all was okay during our stay. The apartment was spotless. All the bedrooms were very decent in size and we were delighted to have two baths.All beds had extra blankets etc if needed The kitchen had everything one would need and even had a press with beach toys for the children to use. The sitting room is nice bright and spacious and has a TV with more English channels then we have at home. I would highly recommend this apartment and will use it again in the future. We placed a deposit the day we left to ensure we get it again. A real gem of a find. My sister and her children have stayed here before so we knew we were dealing with a winner before we left Irl.

Wonderful, light and airy apartment, close to beach and amenities.

We had a great holiday in this apt and would definitely return.The apt was within walking distance of great shops, restaurants, beach and the old town. It is very clean and well maintained with a newly refurbished kitchen. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The apt is very quiet and has two balconies, one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the mountains with the evening sun. Lisa who supplies a meet and greet service was very helpful on our arrival.

The property was excellent and ideally situated for our family, close to the beach and restaurants

As a family that has never done private owner holidays before i was a bit nervous with the set up, but the whole experience worked out very well..the owner Phil was very helpful and replied to all my emails and gave me all the relevant info i needed including a contact who could pick us up from the airport which was very much appreciated. Lisa the rep met us when we arrived and showed us to the apartment which was very well presented and ideal for the 6 of us.As a private complex the pool and surrounding areas are kept very clean and some days we had the pools to ourselves (even in August !!) Just 5 mins walk is the main strip walkway which in the evening is lovely to walk along with many shops open till late and restaurants, this continues either way for a good few miles. Some things to recommend is the Sky Blue catamaran taxi from the harbour to Puerto banous ,(Saturday is market day). 10 mins walk Orange square for restaurants/shops etc and the Mijas water park about 25 mins drive away.. All in all i would recommend the apartment and the complex for everyone , and the location was brilliant so thanks Phil for everything.............
