Spring break

I cannot praise Banus Rentals enough. Everything was spot on The apartment was as it was advertised….very spacious……and clean. The only downside was that where the apartment was situated the sun never came in on the balcony. But it certainly didn’t spoil our holiday.

Propiedad que se vende con información falsa y pésima respuesta de parte de la agencia de rentas.

Básicamente rentamos este departamento por la piscina ya que venimos de un muy frío invierno y queríamos disfrutar en el sol, lo cual en el anuncio del depto está como que está se puede usar 24/7 de todo el año. Y este fue por lo cual lo rentamos, ya que en algunos otros departamentos decía que la piscina estaba cerrada esta época de año. Cuando llegamos y notamos que l piscina parecía no estar en funcionamiento, preguntamos a los arrendatarios y nos dijeron que si en efecto estaba cerrada porque no tiene calefacción y está cierra en invierno. Al decirles que la información del anuncio estaba errónea y que fue la razón de la renta, nos dijeron DE MUY MALA MANERA T MUY GROSEROS QUE SI NO NOS QUERÍAMOS QUEDAR, qQUE NOS CANCELABAN LA ESTANCIA, 3 días antes de año nuevo, cuando nosotros hicimos la reservación más de un mes antes. Al explicarles que eso sería totalmente desventajoso p pues obviamente buscar un pdepartamente en el momento y en esa época del año era imposible, dijeron PUES SI QUIEREN Y SI NO PUES NOSOTROS NO CAMOS A DARLES NINGÚN TIPO DE COMPENSACIÓN. Siendo que ellos son los que pusieron información falsa en la plataforma de VRBO Y QUE ESTA INFORMACIÓN ES EN LO ÚNICO QUE TE PUEDES BASAR PARA HACER LA DESICION DE RENTAR UN DEPTO U OTRO.Lo peor de todo fue el trato de cliente, en el cual no quisieron tener ni una conversación con nosotros, bloquearon las llamadas hacia con su directora y nos hablaron de muy mala manera, cuaNO RECOMENDAMOS RENTA CON ESA COMPAÑÍA!
