Discover this spacious villa with capacity for twelve people, designed to offer an unforgettable stay on the Costa del Sol. Located in a tranquil setting and surrounded by native woodland, this property combines home comfort with proximity to the A-7 motorway, small commercial areas and tourist attractions such as beaches and golf courses just a few minutes by car.



Upon arrival, you will find a private parking area and a small reception area that provides access to a charming interior courtyard, the central core connecting the different floors of the villa. On this main floor, a spacious and bright living-dining room stands out, with a two-pitched roof decorated with wooden beams, ideal for sharing relaxing moments or family meals.



The kitchen is spacious, equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances for those who enjoy cooking, with ample storage space to facilitate their stay. Next to it, an outdoor porch with garden furniture invites you to enjoy appetizers or moments of relaxation outdoors. Additionally, you will find an independent toilet for greater comfort.



The interior stairs connect with the lower floor, where most of the bedrooms are located, and the upper floor, which houses a main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. From the interior courtyard, there are also two exterior stairs: one leads to a terrace with views and furniture, perfect for relaxing, and the other connects directly to the pool area, which is also accessible from two bedrooms.



On the lower floor, the outdoor area comes to life with a spacious and sunny swimming pool, equipped with ideal furniture for enjoying refreshing baths and leisure moments with family. The garden, with fruit trees, offers natural shade and a very pleasant environment, inviting contact with nature.



The villa has six bedrooms in total, all with an exterior window and space to comfortably store luggage. Bed options include single and double beds, adapting to the needs of large groups. The main bedroom, located on the upper floor, offers an intimate atmosphere with a wood-lined attic ceiling and a private bathroom with a bathtub for greater comfort.



This 220 m² house has air conditioning in all rooms, private pool, fireplace, barbecue, washing machine, dryer and wifi internet access, guaranteeing a comfortable and connected stay. The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, covering all culinary needs.



The heated swimming pool is maintained at 28ºC during the low season (from 1 November to 30 April) and has a fixed glass cover in winter to maintain the temperature. Pool heating has a daily supplement, and is only available with a reservation for the entire stay. The villa also has a security system with an alarm and integrated camera not connected during the travellers' stay.



The location is ideal for families with children, as it is close to parks, golf courses, sandy and rocky beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions such as water parks and protected natural areas. Marbella and other nearby towns such as Fuengirola, Puerto Banús and Estepona are a comfortable drive away, in addition to Málaga airport at 45 km and train and bus stations at 50 km.
