The 65 m² apartment is designed for rest and enjoyment, with a spacious and bright living-dining room that offers differentiated areas for eating, relaxing, and watching television. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils, ideal for those who enjoy preparing their own meals.



It has two bedrooms: the main one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace offering sea views; and a second bedroom with a trundle bed, for two people. Additionally, it has a second full bathroom strategically located between both bedrooms and air conditioning throughout the apartment for greater comfort.



The location is unbeatable: 50 metres from the sandy beach "Playa Paseo Marítimo de Marbella", supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, and with a bus stop just 200 metres away to easily move around the region. Additionally, the centre of Marbella is only 1 km away, and within a few kilometres you can find leisure options such as Golf Río Real Village, Puerto Banús and natural or amusement parks.
