This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the highly sought-after urbanisation of 'La Dama de Noche'. Only a 10 minute walk from the famous Puerto Banús, its shopping centres, the beach and some of Marbella's best golf courses. The urbanisation's large manicured tropical gardens boast 2 enormous communal pools (available during Summer months), 6 padel courts and a restaurant/bar.



The space:



The apartment is located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) in Block 10. To the left of the entrance is the dining room, living room and terrace, the kitchen directly in front, and the two bedrooms and bathrooms to the right.



The dining room has seating for 6. WIFI is available free of charge throughout the property. The large terrace looks into the urbanisation so there is minimal noise from road activities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils, and includes a Cooker, Crockery, Cutlery, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Glassware, Kettle, Microwave, Oven, Pots / pans, Toaster. The first of the bedrooms has two single beds, and has access to the opposite bathroom, which is complete with shower and bath. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom complete with shower, bath and hair dryer. Free public parking on site.



Baby cribs and high chairs are also available at a small additional charge.
