Welcome to El Rosario in Marbella and this lovely apartment with sea views, pool and just a stone's throw from the beach and the golfs courses.
El Rosario is a small residential area located on the beach, just outside Marbella on the Costa del Sol, in the province of Malaga. The area is very relaxed, with a mix of luxury villas and apartment complexes, all within walking distance of the lovely beach.
The Space:
Step into this beautifully furnished duplex apartment, just steps from the beach and Santa Clara Golf. The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance and includes a dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave/oven combo, stove, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The open-plan living and dining area features a table for six, a large comfortable sofa, and a smart TV with local channels, creating a perfect space to relax after a day on the Costa del Sol.
The highlight of this property is the large corner terrace with stunning sea views. Here you’ll find a lounge area, Weber gas grill, and an outdoor dining table for up to eight people, making it ideal for enjoying the sun, entertaining, or simply taking in the scenery.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a large double bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and a private balcony with morning sun and sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pulled out to create extra sleeping space if needed.
The apartment also features private garage parking, access to a communal pool, a washing machine, large fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher.

You can easily get around by foot in the area but you will have access to a private parking space in the garage.
