The interior of the house is very spacious, consisting of two very spacious living and dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and a separate guest toilet.

The urbanization is perfectly located. It has 24 hour security, beautiful gardens, swimming pools and direct access to the sandy beaches of Marbella. It is close to a wide variety of restaurants and only 5 minutes from Marbella by car.
