Welcome to our family villa!

A beautiful and cozy villa in Las Chapas Urbanization, with a private pool, just 20 meters from the beach, where you can find the best beach bars and restaurants. The famous Restaurant "Nosso" is only 20m from the house.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 1 toilet and is divided into 2 floors.

The master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor, together with 2 more bedrooms and a shared bathroom and a terrace.

The 4th bedroom is located on the ground floor together with the living-dining room and the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and has a kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven and fridge. It also has all kinds of kitchenware such as cutlery, crockery, glassware. table linen.

The semi-dependent dining room with direct access to the pool and the garden area has a table for 6 people where you can enjoy pleasant evenings in the company of friends and family.

The pool and the garden are perfectly maintained and the place provides the necessary privacy for complete relaxation.

The house has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
