Welcome to our magnificent duplex holiday flat with sea views located in the Bahia de Marbella urbanisation, where peace and tranquillity are the order of the day.
Just a short walk from the flat you can enjoy the white sand and blue waters that reside on Los Monteros beach, where children and adults alike can enjoy magnificent, peaceful and fun-filled days. In addition to Los Monteros beach there are also other beautiful beaches nearby such as Alicate beach or Real de Zaragoza beach.
Close to the property there are magnificent golf courses to play a few holes such as Santa Clara Golf or Marbella Golf Country Club. Golf lovers will find themselves in their perfect paradise.
The surroundings of Bahia de Marbella are full of restaurants and beach bars such as Trocadero Arena, Nosso Summer, La Cabenne, Luuma or Mangaleta. There is also a Aldi supermarket within walking distance and the Carrefour supermarket is only a five minute drive away. There are also pharmacies close by.
This cosy two-storey house consists of living-dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet.

The living room is very spacious and light, furnished with a very comfortable sofa, an armchair, tv and dining table.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all the appliances necessary for day to day living, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary utensils for the daily life of the guest, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchenware. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a guest toilet.
The terrace is accessed from the living room and has plenty of space and incredible sea views. There is an outdoor table to enjoy the best breakfasts and meals with friends or family.

The master bedroom en suite, has a very comfortable double bed of 1,90 x 2,00 m and a large storage capacity in its built-in wardrobes, also, it has an incredible little terrace with sea views. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and a spacious bathtub for relaxing baths.
The two guest bedrooms have two very comfortable single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 m and fitted wardrobes. They share a large terrace overlooking the pool. The shared bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and a bathtub.
Underneath the building is a parking space with direct access to the property by lift or stairs.
Throughout the flat there is high speed internet, air conditioning and central heating, bath towels, hairdryer and kitchen linen. For a small fee we provide beach towels. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
The very well maintained urbanization with a beautiful fountain and mature gardens with magnificent Mediterranean and tropical vegetation, has two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, in the same enclosure of the pools there are toilets for all residents.
