The location is very peaceful and tranquil even in the summer and it takes 30 minutes walk to Marbella center along the boardwalk. Spacious and modern apartment offers 3 beautiful bedrooms en suite with most comfortable beds (super king size), fully equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated living room with access to the terrace and large private garden with top quality outdoor furniture and magnificent sea views.

There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout the whole apartment with airzone system incorporated. Fiber optic internet and a SONOS system, as well as chromecast device to use Amazon Prime or Netflix accounts on TV. For house security there is alarm system as well as shutters in all the windows.
