A impressive modern family holiday home with private garden and pool in the area Costabella, Marbella. Located only 300 meters from the best beach of Marbella.

On the ground floor there is the open plan kitchen connected with the dining area, the large lounge area with a vaulted wooden staircase leading to the second floor. On the groundfloor level there are also two bedrooms both with their own bathroom.
The first floor is entirely reserved for the master suite and its terrace with amazing sea views. The house has been built with a modern style with lots of window surface letting in the beautifull mediteranean light.
The deck of the living room overlooks the garden and is the perfect dining spot. The house faces south and the garden is fully fenced. The L shaped pool is overseen by the terrace so perfect for parents who want to keep an eye on their child.
