Great two bedroom apartment in residential area within walking distance of the Reserve of Dunas de Artola with the best beaches in Marbella. It is located in a quiet family complex with two fabulous `pools one for children and lovely tropical gardens. The apartment is impecale with good qualities and modern decor. Has WIFI, air conditioning. This property has a great lounge that offers a dining table for 4 people and a comfortable and modern living area with flat-screen TVs and leading to a furnished and canopied terrace from which you can enjoy wonderful views over the pools and tropical gardens. The vivenda has 2 large bedrooms both with double bed, flat tv plus some good wardrobes fully clothed. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and en suite. Both bathrooms are fully furnished and equipped with hairdryer and heated towel rails. Totalmete The kitchen is equipped and has a dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, and toaster batidota. Superbe appartement dans résidence de standing

Encore plus beau que sur les photos, l appartement de Pilar correspondait tout à fait voire mieux qu à nos attentes... il est spacieux, tout en marbre, et bénéficie d une grande piscine dans laquelle nous étions souvent seuls en début d après midi.... Pilar est d une rare gentillesse, elle a vraiment tout mis en œuvre afin que notre séjour se passe au mieux, on a beaucoup communiqué durant le séjour car elle est soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes, elle est réactive, généreuse, elle est allée au supermarché nous approvisionner en eau, bières, soda... il y avait pas mal de choses de première nécessité, gel douche, shampoing... une voiture est nécessaire car pour visiter l'Andalousie et ses superbe petits villages comme Mijas, il faut environ 20 mon mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine... il y a une plage tout près à 5mn à pieds... nous ne pourrions que recommander le logement de Pilar et serions ravis d y revenir. Hasta luego Pilar 👋😉

Pasamos dos semanas en el apartamiento y estuvimos muy contentos de todo. El apartamiento es bien equipado y amueblado con buen gusto. Además es un lugar tranquilo, cerca del mar y un ambiente agradable. La organización de nuestra llegada ( llaves, introducción ... ) funcionó perfectamente y cada vez que tuvimos preguntas, pequeños problemas como extranjeros hubo alguien a ayudarnos enseguida.

Excellent séjour à Cabo Pino

Grâce à Pilar et à son appartement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cabo Pino, près de Marbella. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Pilar, la propriétaire, qui a bien pris le temps de nous montrer la résidence, la piscine et le jardin, ainsi que les équipements de l'appartement. Le descriptif de l'appartement dans l'annonce est tout-à-fait conforme. Celui-ci était propre et bien entretenu, comme l'ensemble de la résidence d'ailleurs. La décoration est jolie et personnelle, loin des décorations fonctionnelles des autres appartements mis en location. L'appartement se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Cabo Pino. Le port se trouve un peu plus loin et comporte des restaurants et des bars. Nous recommandons la taberna "Los Javieres".

A nice and convenient flat in Marbella

We had a very plaisant stay in this flat so close to the beach of Cabo Pino that we did not need to use our car to go there. The flat is fully equipped with a nice decoration. The estate has a large and clean swimming pool, in a beautiful garden. We really enjoyed our holidays.
