For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-22:00). Children's pool, single garage. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Camping Cabopino" 250 m, sandy beach 1 km. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (19 hole) 1.9 km. Please note: suitable for families.
4-room terraced house 157 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2025, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the patio.
