Neighborhood

Golden Mile, which stretches from the western edge of Marbella City until Puerto Banus.

The best word to describe the Golden Mile in Marbella is luxury. Here you’ll find the best holiday spots in Marbella, lots of tropical gardens, exclusive restaurants and shops, and probably the nicest seafront promenade on the Costa del Sol.Michelin-star holder Dani García owns two restaurants on the Golden Mile – Dani García Restaurante and Bibo, both at Puente Romano Hotel. There are several other good restaurants here including Villa Tiberio, one of the oldest on the Costa del Sol. Trocadero Playa, one of the best beach restaurants in Marbella, is also located here.

Nearer Marbella are several exclusive boutiques and art galleries. The Corte Inglés department store at the eastern end of the Golden Mile specializes in luxury home fittings and furnishings. The larger Corte Inglés in Puerto Banús also caters specifically for the high-end market.

Some of the best beaches in Marbella lie along the Golden Mile. They are mostly sand and can be surprisingly quiet even in high season. A succession of good beach bars and restaurants line the seafront promenade.

The Golden Mile whispers golden promises to you. Beckoning you to come visit and experience the richness and luxury of life for the crème de la crème. Celebrities and royalty meet here to play. This includes the likes of Saudi Arabian King Fahd, who had a summer palace and a mosque built in his share of the Golden Mile.
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.

Puente Romano Phase 2 Apartment

The location is exceptional. However this particular apartment would benefit from the following;- Deep clean Fresh paintwork More comfortable outdoor furniture. Definitely overpriced.
