This spacious studio apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout. At 80 squared meters it is larger than many one bedroom apartments and the high end finish creates a feel that you are staying in a suite at a five star hotel. The large terrace has sea views. This property is perfectly located for holidaymakers looking to stay in a peaceful location but also just a 5 minute drive from the beach, and 10 minutes to all the shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife that Marbella has to offer. There is private underground parking with an elevator to the apartment. Perfect location for Rio Real Golf course, a magnificent 18-hole par 72 golf course one of the oldest on the Costa. It is set in a beautiful sloping valley with challenging greens and is considered as one of the best Golf courses in Marbella. It also has its own country club and Golf learning academy. There's also a nice restaurant at the Golf Rio Real Hotel. This a perfect base for golfers as there are more than 50 courses along the Costa del Sol El Pinillo beach is just 1.2km/5 minute drive away and home to the Trocadero Arena restaurant, one of the Costa del Sol's finest beach restaurants. Marbella centre/historic old town and 'La Cañada' shopping centre are a 10 minute drive away. Renting a car is recommended for this property. Malaga airport is 30 minutes by car, and Gibraltar airport just over an hours drive. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
