Through the front door, guests will find the second bedroom on the left, which has two single beds of 90cm x 200cm. To the right is the bathroom, complete with toilet and large shower. Past the bathroom is the modern kitchen, which offers guests all of the utensils and appliances expected of a luxury rental property (cutlery, plates/bowls/etc, glassware/mugs/etc, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack..).

The spacious living room is well furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, dining table/chairs, flat screen tv (with international channels), and fast WIFI connection (available in all areas of the property). This room enjoys great natural light from the wall-to-wall window that can also be opened, but also good ceiling downlighting once the sun has set. Through the windows clients can see the beach/sea along the coastline towards Estepona, and also have an excellent opportunity to people-watch and see the fabulously luxurious cars that are making their way into the port right below.

The master bedroom houses a Super King bed, and also enjoys great views onto the iconic water fountain roundabout that marks the entrance to Puerto Banús. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower.
