Beautiful and modern 2 bedroom apartment located at the entrance of the world famous Puerto Banús. This stunning penthouse property is recently renovated and tastefully refurnished, offering clients a 5 star home away from home. The apartment is bright and spacious, enjoying an abundance of natural light through numerous windows, which also give sea views along the coastline towards Ocean Club and Plaza Beach.
The space:
Accessible by elevator, the property is located on the top floor of the building (fifth floor). Through the front door, guests will find the second bedroom on the left, which has two single beds of 90cm x 200cm. To the right is the bathroom, complete with toilet and large shower. Past the bathroom is the modern kitchen, which offers guests all of the utensils and appliances expected of a luxury rental property (cutlery, plates/bowls/etc, glassware/mugs/etc, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack..).
The spacious living room is well furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, dining table/chairs, flat screen tv (with international channels), and fast WIFI connection (available in all areas of the property). This room enjoys great natural light from the wall-to-wall window that can also be opened, but also good ceiling downlighting once the sun has set. Through the windows clients can see the beach/sea along the coastline towards Estepona, and also have an excellent opportunity to people-watch and see the fabulously luxurious cars that are making their way into the port right below.
The master bedroom houses a Super King bed, and also enjoys great views onto the iconic water fountain roundabout that marks the entrance to Puerto Banús. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower.
