From the living area, step out onto a private northeast-facing terrace, offering peaceful views – the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a quiet evening outdoors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. Both bedrooms have access to modern bathrooms with showers.
Upstairs, the master suite features a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), access to a private upper terrace, and a stylish en-suite bathroom with shower, offering the ultimate space for privacy and relaxation.
The Costa de Nagüeles community offers 24-hour security and two swimming pools surrounded by lush gardens. During July and August, a lifeguard is on duty, while the rest of the year, swimming is at the user’s own responsibility.
Ideally located just 5 minutes from the beach and a short drive from Marbella’s city centre, the apartment is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques, and essential services.
