This beautiful studio is part of a residential complex located right on the beach, specifically on 'La Víbora Beach' in the heart of Marbella East.

Undoubtedly, it is a unique and privileged place to enjoy your vacation in Marbella. You will be surrounded by everything you need, including restaurants, bars, the famous beach bars ('chiringuitos'), Elviria center and the beach and sea just a few meters away from your apartment. And above all, you will be surrounded by nature, greenery, and the sea!

This magnificent ground floor studio faces south and west in the Romana Playa complex, which offers five communal swimming pools (both for adults and children), gardens, and communal parking (subject to availability) within the complex.

Located in the heart of Marbella East, this fantastic complex is situated right on the beach with private access.

Green Spring Marbella Suite is an ideal base for your vacation in Marbella: The accommodation consists of an elevator access, a living/bedroom area with a flat-screen smart TV and air conditioning.
