You have just a few hundred meters to the beach of San Pedro and the beautiful beach walk that offers many restaurants. From the townhouse, you will also have five minutes walk to the Boulevard of San Pedro, which offers you many restaurants with a test of traditional Spanish food and International fusion, stores, and playgrounds.
When you enter the townhouse, you are greeted by a social open floor concept. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a hearty kitchen island, a dining table, a guest toilet, and a living room area with two sofas and a smart Apple TV. It is a spacious open floor concept great for socializing. An electric grand piano and an easy-to-use gas fireplace contribute to the cozy and warm atmosphere.
The ground floor has big glass sliding doors that bring a lot of light to the room. You enjoy the view of the garden from the ground floor area with its private pool, outdoor dining area, and pergola.
The pool has an electrical pool covering for kids safety.
