Through the front door, guests will find the well equipped kitchen on the left and the living room in front. The kitchen looks through to the dining area and living room, which are bright and inviting. Comfortable seating faces a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Access to the spacious terrace is provided through large glass windows, the terrace offers an exterior sofa and table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon drink. The terrace has views of the communal gardens and swimming pools (adult and children).
All bedrooms are beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated and offer brand new mattresses. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds (90cm x 200cm) and the second has a King size bed (180cm x 200cm), these rooms share access to a family bathroom with bath/shower. The master bedroom has a King size bed (180cm x 200cm) and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
All rooms have access to centralised A/C (hot and cold) that can be controlled in every room. The apartment has strong fibre optic WIFI, which reaches all rooms, and rental of the property includes a private parking space in the underground garage below the apartment.
This lovely apartment is perfect for families, golfers and sensible groups of friends. Stag/Hen and party groups are not accepted.
