The Villa:
Step inside this spacious villa and be greeted by plenty of natural light coming in from the large glass doors that provide an indoor-outdoor living experience. It features 2 living areas, spread over 2 floors. Each provide ample spaces and plush sofas, perfect for relaxing over your favorite movie or appreciating the sea views from where you're sitting.
On the lower level, the open plan concept leads to an indoor dining area that accommodates up to 6 guests. Just a few steps away is the modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a feast. The elegant glass doors provide you access to the pool area, surrounded with sun loungers. But the real magic of the great outdoors, however, is the additional living space with a TV, tucked under a patio. You will also appreciate the outdoor dining area and BBQ, for those wonderful al fresco meals under the stars.
On the upper level, the living room features a sunny terrace where you can enjoy the stunning view of the sea and the mountains. The 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms are also situated on this level. 3 bedrooms feature double beds and 1 bedroom features 2 single beds. Each bedroom and bathroom is carefully thought of and uniquely designed to offer not only the best comfort, but also the best style.
This newly renovated, modern villa really has everything you need for the perfect vacation getaway, including a washing machine with a dryer. With stunning sea views, spacious layout, and outdoor living areas, you will surely create unforgettable memories during your stay in this paradise.
The neighborhood
Puerto Banús is known as an exclusive sailing and leisure port which is a benchmark in Europe. Just inland from the famous marina, beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping of Puerto Banús is Aldea Blanca and Nueva Andalucía, one of the finest residential areas of Marbella. Although small, Puerto Banús offers an amazing wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches on either side of the port, a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and an amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Ingles department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.
If you really want to get a birds eye view of the port and its magnificent setting, then you can take a boat trip around the local coastline, which you can catch central promenade area.
This area is the ideal area in Nueva Andalucía for those who wish to be based in a calm area, just a short walk away from the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it's also an excellent base to explore the whole of Costa del Sol. • PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
