> Living area: with a comfortable two-piece sofa and a Smart TV that includes Netflix and cable. This part of the apartment has access to the balcony from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea.
> Dining area: with a table and chairs for 4 people.
> Bedroom: the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and storage area. From here, there is also direct access to the balcony.
> Bathroom: The bathroom has a separate shower with glass screens, sink, toilet and bidet.
> Balcony: equipped with outdoor table and chairs, and from where there is a clear and beautiful view of the sea. Ideal for sunset lovers!

We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm ther will be an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please ask us for availability and rates.
A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
