This spacious two bedroom apartment is located in the well maintained, beautiful complex of Las Mimosas de Cabopino. The complex offers lush mature gardens and a swimming pool area with large pool and separate kids pool. It is located just 400m from the beach and the port of Cabopino where you can gaze at the yachts while enjoying the restaurant and bar facilities. The complex is just 1.5km to the golf course of Cabopino which the complex sits behind. The property has free WI-FI and vented air conditioning hot and cold.



This second floor apartment is arranged over one level, with access by lift. The apartment enters into the hallway, with a large well equipped separate kitchen, furnished with a small dining table and chairs. Across the hall from the kitchen is the lounge dining area furnished with a dining table and six chairs. The lounge benefits from a sofa, two armchair and a TV including international channels and Apple TV. The wrap around terrace can be accessed from the lounge area.
