Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in the exquisite Urb. Palm Beach in Los Monteros. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, the urbanisation offers 2 large communal swimming pools and direct access onto the beach. The apartment is furnished to a very high level, providing great comfort and style to it’s welcomed guests.

Located on the ground floor of the apartment block, the apartment’s front door opens onto the corridor with the first bedroom on the left, and guest bathroom on the right, and the rest of the apartment straight on. The first bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite bathroom, which has a large rainfall shower.

The corridor leads to the rest of the property, which opens up to a large open plan kitchen (with high spec appliances), stylish breakfast bar area, and spacious living room (sofa bed). This room gains an abundance of natural light from the wall to ceiling windows that provide access to the terrace outside.

The master bedroom is hidden behind mirrored sliding doors and like the rest of the apartment, is beautifully furnished. There is plenty of wardrobe space, and the ensuite bathroom provides a bath/shower and a separate rainfall shower. This bedroom also has direct access to the terrace.

The large south-west facing terrace enjoys sun throughout the day. There is an alfresco dining area with table and chairs, chillout hanging chair and also a private garden with sun loungers. From the garden there are views of the pool located in the communal gardens below.

The apartment has strong WiFi and centralised AC (hot and cold) throughout, and an underground parking spot located below.
