Location, Location, Location! 2 bedroom apartment located on the frontline of the world famous Puerto Banús in Marbella. This spacious and stylish property is located right in the centre of the action, with restaurants, bars, shopping, the beach, and sea just metres away. From the private terrace guests will enjoy panoramic views of the marina and the sea, the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink before experiencing all that Puerto Banús has to offer!



Located on the second floor (only accessible by staircase), the apartment provides an open plan living/dining area, private terrace, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and access to the bathroom in the corridor, which also has a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have double windows that keep the apartment quiet and secure.



The kitchen has everything needed for those clients that like to cook and entertain while on holiday. Featuring: fridge/freezer, oven, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and all plates/bowls/glassware/cutlery etc. The dining area has seating for 4. The living room offers a recliner sofa and armchair facing a TV with IPTV box (international channels). Large south facing windows bathe the room in natural light and provide access to the terrace, complete with alfresco dining area (4 seats) and sun lounger. From here guests enjoy uninterrupted views of Puerto Banús (marina) and the sea. It is the perfect spot for taking in the fantastic atmosphere that is so special here!

Due to the apartment's central location this may not be the right place for guests looking for a quiet stay. Although the windows are double thick, some noise should be expected especially during the busier periods (summer months, holidays etc).

Little things could be done to make it better!

We found the location of this apartment very convenient. The apartment was a good size with plenty of closet space. However, everything in the apartment was dingy and old. The sheets, towels, throw pillows on the couch and the curtains were dusty and dirty. We stayed there for 9 nights and arrived very tired from a long trip, so we didn't want to make a fuss. The bathroom supply - toilet paper, soap, and shampoo for our stay was very insufficient. They made no effort to make this place pleasant for your stay. With little expense they could have given you a much better experience by cleaning the place, washing the curtains and replacing the towels and sheets. The unresponsive host managed to check on us on our last day and ask how everything was - A little too late. One more thing the place is noisy at nights (as stated by the host) so If you are looking for quite evening and nights, this is not for you.
