The property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, private terrace with views of the popular Plaza Antonio Banderas, and an underground parking space below the building. Marina Banús offers a communal swimming pool, gym, padel tennis court, and 24/7 security. Guests are seconds from the beach and all the attractions of the port.



The master bedroom features a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, direct access onto the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds has access to the guest bathroom, which has a bath/shower. Both bedrooms and living room windows have shutters for security, noise cancellation, and darkness.



The renovated kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property. Guests will find a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and all cutlery, plates/bowls and glassware needed.
