Spacious 2-bedroom 1-bathroom south-facing apartment in Block B of the emblematic Skol Building in Marbella, with unbeatable views to the sea, gardens, and pools. This beachfront apartment is exceptionally spacious, and has been designed to maximise comfort.

Accommodation comprises: lift access; luminous living/dining room with access to the south-facing terrace with privileged views; fully-equipped fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.; master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, and a small desk; second bedroom with two single beds; and separate bathroom with shower over bath. The apartment is fitted with A/C throughout, Wi-Fi connection, and access to British and other international TV channels.

Keep in mind that access to the apartment is by stairs, once inside everything is on the same level

A great spot in Marbella

This is a perfect place to enjoy Marbella. The sea view is amazing and it’s just steps to the paseo. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that even though the building has elevators there are 10 steps to access 439 . Margaret

Excellent location and view

Relaxing stay with great view and location. Property as advertised, clean, kitchen well equipped. We spent much of our time on patio! Close to old town. Walk out and choose pool, beach, long walk or bike ride along the ocean front. Many restaurants to choose from.
