Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Upon arrival, our check-in host will personally welcome you with a short tour and provide you with everything you need for your stay.

Your access includes:
The entire 2-bedroom apartment and private 80m² terrace.
A remote control for the private garage.
A key for the locked complex.
The key to the apartment.
A pass for the enclosed swimming pools.

During your stay, you have free use of the shared resort amenities, including the tropical gardens, both swimming pools, and the provided sunbeds and parasols.

Other things to note
• Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:30 AM. Please note that check-in after 9:00 PM is not possible.

• Terrace Doors
Please be careful not to close all sliding doors completely when on the terrace to avoid locking yourself out.

• Lost Keys
Please handle keys, remote controls, and pool passes with care. In case of loss, a replacement fee of €150 will be charged.

• Guest Registration
Due to local regulations in Andalusia, we are required to collect a copy of the passport or national ID for all guests aged 18 and over before arrival.

• Longer Stays
The apartment is available for longer stays from November to March with adjusted monthly rates. Please inquire for details.

• The apartment is intended for adults aged 25+ or families.

• Pets are only allowed upon request and subject to an additional fee.
