A beautifully appointed 2 bedroom duplex penthouse apartment, situated in Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf, set in the beautiful surroundings of Elviria, in the heart of this prestigious Golf area. The complex offers grassy communal areas and 4 swimming pools with the larger of the pools offering sun loungers.



The stylish and spacious accommodation consists of a large lounge/diner furnished with leather sofa, dining table and seating for 6, vented AC and heating throughout the lower floor and a large flat screen TV. From the lounge you have access to the south-west facing terrace equipped with dining facilities for 6 as well as seating area to soak up the sun whilst enjoying the uninterrupted views over the golf course and down towards the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen is spacious, fully fitted, with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen also has direct access onto the shaded part of the terrace and the main terrace area.



One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and benefits from its own terrace offering views over one of the swimming pools, there are 2 x sun loungers. This bedroom has a full bathroom equipped with bath with shower attachment and double sinks. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor and is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and enjoys access to its own roof terrace. This bedroom benefits from its own en suite bathroom. There is also an additional roof terrace.

Very nice apartment top floor, and with good parking.Matthew and Homecare were very good hosts. Would like more channels on the tv, but no issue.The pools were super, and we enjoyed our stay!

Marbella family stay summer 2024

Big house two floors with many terraces. Great to eat breakfast outside on the terrace. You can play cards also in the evening on sunbath privately on the terrace. Great view with premium spot overseeing coast the mountains and the pool. Two bedrooms big kitchen and AC. Free parking. Pool is very quiet relaxed with a supervision.

Grundsätzlich muss man sagen, dass die Wohnung nicht schlecht wäre, wenn sie sauberer und gepflegter gewesen wäre. Die Wohnung ist teilweise sehr abgewohnt...es müsste vieles erneuert werden. So waren bei uns die Aussenmöbel kaputt und die Kissen so dreckig, dass man sich nicht drauf setzen wollte.Die Markisen waren dreckig und teilweise kaputt.Die Waschmaschine war nicht nutzbar, da defekt.Der Duschvorhang oberecklig mit Stockflecken.Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badtür kaputt bzw.aufgequollen.Eine Nachttischlampe war kaputt und stellte eine Gefahr für unseren Sohn dar, da das Kabel auch defekt war. Diese Lampe ist dann ausgetauscht worden.Die Alarmanlage funktionierte während der ganzen Zeit nicht...sie ging sogar einmal mitten in der Nacht ohne Grund los. Die Nacht war danach für uns gelaufen.Die Wohnung und Terasse war nicht wirklich sauber.Die Hausverwaltung versuchte alles klein zu reden.. man wollte den Eigentümer wegen neuer Möbel und einer Waschmaschine kontaktieren und sich dann bei uns melden. Wir haben während der 17Tage leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Schade!Die Lage ist gut , der Pool ist super, die Aussenanlage wird regelmäßig gepflegt.Wir können die Wohnung in dem Zustand leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
