The villa provides a heated pool and Jacuzzi. For winter letting, the property has floor heating throughout the entire property, a much-desired feature as winter nights can be chilly in the low season.



The impressive entrance of the villa, with a ceiling 6 meters above ground level, has a guest toilet and provides access to the first floor with 3 bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor.



The spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining table has a warm atmosphere. The central island allows for joining the chef while preparing dinner. The kitchen provides direct access to both the patio towards the north and the partly covered terrace towards the south. The southern terrace has a sofa group complemented by fine views of the Mediterranean. The terrace, garden, and pool area offer a dining table and a large gas BBQ. The well-maintained garden is oriented directly south and consequently has sun throughout the entire day.



The property is secured with indoor and outdoor alarm systems. The cozy living area has two sections: one for lounging and the other for gaming. The living area also provides access to the covered terrace and the garden and pool.



The first floor offers 8 sleeping accommodations: a family room for 4 persons and 2 bedrooms for 4 persons. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with two independent sinks, a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom shares the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom. The third bedroom is divided into 2 rooms, each with a double bed, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.



The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.



The villa offers a heated pool (included from September 1 to June 30), indoor and outdoor alarm, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the kitchen, a ping pong table, a PlayStation 3, underfloor heating throughout the property, free Wi-Fi, and 4 TVs with over 400 international channels. There is private parking for 4 economy-sized cars.



Prices are based on 12 persons. You can take a walk along the beach to the west, where you'll find various restaurants, bars, beach clubs, and typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). The cozy old town of Marbella is 11 km away, and the famous harbor of Puerto Banus is a 15-minute drive, offering high-end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques, bars, and a great variety of restaurants. The villa is also located in the middle of Europe's greatest golf area, with over 30 golf courses.



Extra beds or sofa beds are not available. However, we can arrange a baby cot and high chair for a fee of €30 for one week or €50 for two weeks, including bed sheets. If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay, the price is €15 per person, with a minimum of 6 sets required.
