Apartment in front of the Puerto Deportivo de Marbella, in the promenade, with a stunning sea view. With one bedroom for 2 people, walking distance to La Venus Beach.
You can walk to all the main areas of interest of Marbella, and any service (stores, supermarkets, cab ranks, etc).
The apartment, located on the 8th floor with elevator, also has A/C and wifi, the kitchenette is perfectly equipped for your stay and the bathroom offers a comfortable and spacious shower.
In addition, in case of traveling with children, it is possible to request a crib and high chair, the sheets for allergic issues must be brought from home (you have to pay a small supplement, which is paid in cash at the accommodation when requesting the crib).
This holiday apartment is located in the best area of Marbella, it offers comfort and a great view, but if you are looking for absolute silence you must take into account that it is located in front of the promenade with a lively atmosphere.
The marina area of Marbella is full of bars, restaurants and the ideal place to go to the beach and do any kind of activity. In addition, just two minutes walk separates you from the famous Avenida del Mar and the Old Town of the city. You will be, really, in the most desired area by tourists. The Valdecantos building has private access, the main entrance overlooks the promenade. It has an elevator, so you will have no problem reaching the 8th floor of the apartment. The keys will be delivered by hand, as well as their return. During your stay, in case you need assistance, you will have two telephone numbers at your disposal. You can walk to any place of interest in the city center. Just in front of the accommodation you have a cab rank in the same Marina, and local buses in the nearby Alameda Park. In case you would like to visit Puerto Banus, in addition to the above mentioned means, during the summer period you can use the ferry that departs from the Puerto Deportivo.
