Accessed via a private driveway, the villa opens into a grand entrance hall, setting the tone for the sophistication that continues throughout. To the right, guests are welcomed into the first of three dining areas, which adjoins a spacious kitchen thoughtfully divided into a preparation and storage area and a fully equipped cooking space, ideal for hosting and entertaining.



The ground floor also features a cozy billiards room complete with an open fireplace, as well as a generous open-plan living and dining area with seating for twelve and a television with a full range of international channels. Additional amenities on this level include a guest WC, a dedicated office with tranquil views of the upper garden, and a guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Then, on the lower floor are two twin bedrooms, as well as a standalone apartment with a twin room, kitchenette and double sofa-bed.
