Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful. A reasonably priced hotel for families, not for those who may want to enjoy an evening out.

Beklentimizden iyi bir oteldi. Özellikle odamızın genişliği ve rahatlığı bizi çok memnun etti. Minyatür 2+1 ev gibiydi. Arabamızı alt sokakta bırakmış olmamıza rağmen görevli arkadaşlar arabadan alıp taşıdılar bavullarımızı sağolsunlar. Otelin zayıf yönleri kahvaltısı ve internet bağlantısı. Kahvaltıda çeşit var gibi görünüyor ama 5-6 çeşidi sadece beyaz peynir mesela. Çoğunlukla hazır kurabiye, bisküvi çeşitleri var. Böyle bir otele o kahvaltı yakışmamış. İnternet bağlantısı da çok yavaştı doğru düzgün bir yüklenmedi hiç bir şey.

17-19 Mayıs 2025 tarihlerinde 2 günlük konaklamamız esnasında kapıdan girdiğimiz andan itibaren çok iyi karşılandık. Odalar gayet temiz ve ferahtı. Günlük temizlik ve havlu değişimi yapıldı. Kahvaltısı oldukça çeşitli ve iyiydi. Otoparkının olması da çok büyük bir avantajdı, park sorunu yaşamadık.AZD House otel çalışanlarına özellikle de İbrahim Beye tüm ilgi ve misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederiz. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und das Hotel ist sehr Familiär und man fühlt sich wohl. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert. Das frühstücksbuffet übersuchtlich aber sättigend . Zimmerausatattung ist außergewöhnlich für ein 3 Sterne Hotel, da sogar Obst, Getränke und einweg Zahnbürsten geboten werden. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen wieder .
