Welcome to this modern house in Maria de la Salud, 15-20 minutes drive from Playa de Muro. Here, 4 guests find a nice place for their holidays with private pool.



The house is located in the quiet village Maria de la Salud and within walking distance to the centre where you find a grocery shop, restaurants and bars. Further services and petrol stations can be found in Can Picafort, Sa Pobla or Muro. By car you can drive to the northern beaches, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcudia.



The house has 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, open kitchen, private salt pool and terrace. The pool has a size of 8 x 3 meters and a depth of 1.6 meters. All 3 bedrooms have a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer; as well as access to a balcony or terrace. In addition, there is Wifi, satellite TV and a complete kitchen equipment. The house has been lovingly restored, preserving its authentic style. Cot and high chair on request. The master bedroom on the first floor has an air conditioning unit. The other bedroom upstairs doesn't have air conditioning, but if you leave the door open, the air from the larger bedroom will still cool the room. The bedroom on the ground floor doesn't have air conditioning either, but if you leave the door open, the air from the living room is enough to cool the room.



Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.



Important: As required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.

The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.



No events, parties or pets are allowed.
