Lovely home in Mariager

This exciting vacation home is an outbuilding of a former farmhouse.



It is a detached building and is located directly on the Mariager Fjord. The house with thatched roof is very cozy and from almost every room you have a view of the water. From the second floor you have a fantastic panorama of the beautiful fjord from both the dining area and the comfortable seating furniture. The property extends directly to the water and high quality garden furniture is available for the summer season.



At the property there is a small sandy beach from where you can go swimming. The fjord is also an attractive fishing spot and is visited by many anglers every year.

The main house on the property is about 30 meters from the cottage and is also rented out as a vacation home. The entire property to the fjord offers you privacy.

Tolles über 150 Jahre altes Bauernhaus mit sehr schönem Garten direkt- ca 30 m am Fjord.

Tolles über 150 Jahre altes Bauernhaus mit sehr schönem Garten direkt- ca 30 m am Fjord. Sogar kleiner Wasserzugang, sehr flach. Schöne Gartenmöbel und Sonnenschirm. (In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich noch ein 2. Haus mit abgegrenztem Garten, aber gleichem Wasserzugang. Bei uns war es nicht vermietet.) Innen renoviert, aber einige Möbel (z.B. Doppelbett oben) und Einrichtungsgegenstände in der Küche wie Herd, Wasserkocher u.a. könnten mal modernisiert werden, das kostet heuzutage ja nicht mehr viel. Perfekt für einen Leseurlaub, da kein TV, Radio, Wlan - aber guter Handyempfang. Leider war das Haus bei unserem Einzug nicht sehr sauber, überall Spinnweben an den Fenstern und Staub. Und leider verläuft hinter dem Haus in ca. 30 m Entfernung eine stark befahrene Strasse. Im Haus hört man wenig, aber im Garten muss man sich erst dran gewöhnen. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Urlaub hier aber sehr genossen und es gibt in der Umgebung einiges zu entdecken.

Fantastische woonkamer op de 1e verdieping , dat kun je eigenlijk niet verwachten voor een vakantiewoning, wat een luxe. Dat is perfect. En wat een uitzicht. Ook de tuin is perfect Geweldig.Minder is de keuken, die was vies en wat er aan materiaal is is een bijeengeraapt rommeltje. En de bedden zijn niet goed. Geen passende matrassen, het past niet bijeen. Jammer dat die details minder zijn want verder is het ongelooflijk mooi daar, huis, tuin, badkamer en met name woonkamer en uitzicht zijn super. Een keuken renovatie een nieuwe bedden dan is het perfect.. Verder komt er bruin water uit de kraan, wel eerste even flessen water halen dus. Geeft niet maar is handig om te weten.
