Rooms were big and clean. But the food was terrible, staff were ok. Night staff ( can’t remember his name) was very nice. My last day I had another man at the reception was very kind. They were all very young in experience, some tried really hard some were not. As far as the staff it was definitely a mix feeling. What really bother me the most was the food cups for drinking looked dirty. No air conditioning in the main area, internet terrible. First time I complain in all inclusive hotel.

Hotel rooms are spacious and clean, the general condition of the hotel could be updated especially around the pool area , sun beds are packed tightly next to each other, which makes getting on/ off them tricky. The choice of food is limited, disappointing that you could not get a cold drink from the bar til after 10

I payed for a double room expecting a double bed but got singles pushed together. I was under the assumption that there was no kids but there was and on the Thursday about 50 kids booked in for a graduation treat. The pool was freezing but that was normal all inclusive was a bit of a sham using little tiny bottles of spirits and small glasses for beer

Very big rooms, clean, great swimming pool. Food was ok, hotel was not full. Reception staff did not speak much English, but they tried to be helpful. Very good hotel!

Ok for the price.

The overall hotel building, room, pool and location are good. Air conditioning is not good and really important in Turkey!!! Food was not good. And strange that the pool shuts so early. But for the price ok really.

Never again.

The first thing that hit our nose straight away when we walked in was the smell of the food. I actually instantly wanted to be sick. We ended up eating out everyday because the food knocked us sick a few times. The cleanliness and the condition of the building was below average and cocktails and towels for pools had to be paid for. The hot drink machine is sealed (a tape is put over it) at night so you can’t even get some hot water. The pool stunnnnnk of chlorine. The 6 days that we spent here literally felt like we were at prison and eating prison food.

It was standar but nice!!! Good option if you want something near the market !! The food was lovely and the stuff really good!!! The sofa in the room is not really big !!! If you book for three people it’s perfect but for four I would suggest to book another room!! Clean room comfortable and nice bathroom !!! It’s a nice hotel to stay !!!! I would visit next year for sure !!!

The worst hotel ever

My stay there was totally awful and i can say the below: When I arrived there was no one in the reception for around 15 minutes ( i arrived at 7 PM) Late chick in Very dirty room Very old building Noooo hot water can you imagine ( i waited to next day ) and it seemed that no hot water at night. Food is very very bad ( last day food was served) Very bad staff dealing Rarly they speak English My booking was prepaid and i asked to change the room for better but the rejected They also reject to refund. I am really giving a good advise when i say do not go there

Close to night life and beach

The rooms in this hotel were very spacious and there was always a member of staff present even if their English was not very good. The downfall to this hotel was the all inclusive food. It was absolutely disgusting. On my first day for breakfast the fried eggs were cold and snotty, Turkish sausage was greasy and tasteless and the beans were cold. The puddings are the same at lunch and dinner every day. Very little selection and poor quality. If you stay here please go self catering as English breakfast is £2 2 doors down from the hotel.

Begonville Hotel, Marmaris

I had read the reviews about this hotel and kept an open mind because I think people expect far too much and are quickly disappointed when it doesn't live up to their expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, a little wear and tear, but that was to be expected. The staff were very polite, friendly and made you feel welcome. The food wasn't so bad either, I loved their great selection of desserts! The pool bar and hotel lobby served local and soft drinks, free with the all inclusive, any branded drinks you had to pay for. Not a problem because you would pay for them anywhere else. The local vodka and raki were not too bad at all, I've tasted a lot worse. The wifi wasn't too good, but with free wifi and nearly everyone using it, you can't expect to get it all the time. I would advise that the management consider getting at least one elevator installed. I am moderately disabled and using the stairs put a bit of a strain on my knees. Overall, I can say I greatly enjoyed my stay and would definitely have no hesitation in visiting here again. A big thank you to all the staff there on my behalf, they all work very hard and it didn't go unnoticed.

Avoid at all costs!! Terrible hotel, terrible management. We had booked for a family holiday for a week, on the third day half of our belongings had gone missing, after having the do not disturb sign on the door we came back from lunch to find three cleaners going through our suitcase. They had stolen clothes, EVEN CHILDRENS CLOTHING! And a ring. When we told hotel staff one member was lovely and did all he could to try and help but the manager was so rude he called us liars, started shouting in the reception. When we asked which cleaners it was he said they have no cameras and no logs, but then once we had called the police the story had soon changed! If you want to keep your personal belongings avoid this hotel, food is terrible also, they don’t offer water bottles like every other hotel. Overall just terrible.
