Location is great, very walkable to the Souks. Staff was also great. Hotel is under construction which went on all night (not exaggerating, literally worked through the night). Food was mediocre but light improve when their restaurant reopens. Drinks were great. Service at the pool was a little unusual coming from the US, might just be a cultural difference but they really push to close you out which felt a little odd to us. We did book a Souk guide through the concierge which was not great, not the hotel’s fault but worth letting other travelers know. It was nice to have a big pool for our daughter to use and the rooms were large and comfortable. Nice touches like welcome treats at arrival etc.
