Hotel was very suitable for a 1 night stay. Most important aspect to me with a short stay is a clean and comfortable bed which they provided well. The room would have gotten 5 stars for cleanliness instead of 4 because of the floor which had not been mopped/cleaned in a while - hard floor in room was very dirty. We ate the free breakfast which was very good for a free breakfast. We also had the dinner buffet which I found only adequate; very much lacking in flavor and quality. Desserts looked like they would have been exceptional, but were far from it and not worth a single calorie. Staff was very nice. Although we didn’t have time to use the expansive pool area it looked like the perfect place to spend a relaxing day.

We had a great stay on a girls trip & the hotel was a good location. Pool fabulous & staff very friendly & helpful. Hotel looking tired, after 2 messages prior to arrival no one replied to requests. Breakfast, good selection but dirty cups & glasses. Coffee machines very dated.

Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel if you like simple, impersonal accommodations. It's a huge hotel, so be prepared to walk a lot. The entire staff is very attentive and willing to help if necessary. However, the hotel's size means your requests may take a while to be met. Parking is another advantage of this hotel, especially considering it's a problem throughout the city. In short, it's a highly recommended option in this increasingly overrated destination.

I love everything about the hotel and the front desk staff,they are very friendly and helpful. It is about 5-7 minutes walk to cafes and restaurants,the hotel is in a very good location to all amenities. I also enjoyed the spa service at the hotel,it was superb. The only downside is the Internet connection in the hotel,we could not use it. And to also mention about the breakfast repeatation,everyday,not the best. Would i recommend this hotel?definitely yes my 16 year old son,also enjoys his stay and we would come back again.

First I had to wait one and a half hour to get my room at 3:30 when I send a message at check in that I need a room at 2:00pm , also one towel was in room and we are 3 called to get more towels but no one showed up until I went down to the desk as 6:45 pm asking for the towels also the ac was not working and the room was hot I made a mistake coming to this hotel
