Lovely rooms, nice and queit but I wouldnt return

Pros: the room
Cons: breakfast, staff, recommendaitons to other places of interest should be of the same standard of the hotel
The hotel room was lovely (stayed in a deluxe double room. It was comfortable, quiet , and clean. The hotel itself was also very nice. What let the hotel down was a. the breakfast - not up to the standards of typical hotel of this rating and b. the staff. My boyfriend and I tried to book a message in the hotel spa but it was fully booked. A member fo stafft then recommended the Diamant Spa down the road. This spa was truly awful - it appears to be some type of a brothel operating under the guise of a spa based on our scary experience. For our hotel to have recommended this place is disappointing. We trusted their judgement and unfortunately didnt read any re views before going - had we checked online reviews we would have realised this was not a stuitbale place to go.

Schönes Riad, 5min zu Fuss zum Jamaa El Fna. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch direkt im Zentrum der Medina. Die Angestellten waren freundlich.

Die Unterkunft ist zauberhaft, das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig und die Gäste in der Regel nicht sehr rücksichtsvoll - vor allem in der Gruppe nicht. Besonders angenehm war der Besuch im Hammam.

Hidden treasure

Pros: Flair of ancient 1001 nights, not too big, competent and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, topped up with handmade patisserie
Location: Hidden in a quiet little street in south Medina, only one corner away from a charming souk street, 5 min from big market place, 10 min Koutoubia.
Having stayed one week in this Riad at Marrakesch, in two different rooms, as they were fully booked during that week. Both room categories were nicely decorated, in particular the bathrooms looked beautiful. The booked Hammam/Massage at the SPA was excellent, small but very charming and cosy. Reception staff was very helpful.
