Traditional family house completely renovated with pool in Pórtol
Can Calet is a traditional Mallorcan town house from the s. XIX renovated in 2019. It has a pool, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet. Private parking for several cars. Ideal for families with children or cyclists, with plenty of space to leave bicycles. Located in the center of town, all services are less than 200 meters away.  Pòrtol is 15 minutes from Palma, 20 minutes from the airport and 20-30 minutes from the beaches of the bay of Palma and Pollensa / Alcudia.
The house has 5 large bedrooms, all exterior on two floors: 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the top floor. There is a fourth bedroom / living room on the top floor with a sofa bed for two people. On the ground floor there is also the open kitchen, the living room, and a toilet.
It also has satellite TV, wifi, hot / cold pump and private parking for several cars, in addition to a terrace of 130 m2 with a pool of 4.5x8 m and spectacular views of the Serra de Tramuntana.
It has a capacity for 8-10 people and its location in a rural and quiet environment, with all the necessary services (supermarket, bar, pharmacy, etc.) within walking distance, makes it ideal for families and groups of Cyclists
The closest beaches are those of the bay of Palma, such as Can Pastilla, Arenal, Cala Major or Illetes, which are about 15-20 minutes away by car.
