Schöne und gepflegte Anlage, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrad erhalten und hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und auch für mich als Vegi war meistens eine gute Auswahl vorhanden. Leider habe ich mir zum Schluss der Woche doch noch "einen Käfer" eingefangen! Ich leide unter heftigen Magenkrämpfen und nun bereits seit 7 Tagen wässrigem Durchfall. Bin in ärztlicher Behandlung mit Infusionen und diversen Medikamenten. Das ist die weniger schöne Seite....

Die Angestellten im Service sind eher unfreundlich und total demontiviert. Sehr schade. Das Essen ist gut, am Strand gibt es immer Platz. Schade ist aber, dass man nur 1.5dl Becher kriegt bei den Selbstbedienungs-Getränkeautomaten. Ausserdem sind die Verkäufer des Spa-Bereichs sehr hartnäckig und aufdringlich, was nervt, wenn man einfach am Strand liegen und die Ferien geniessen möchte. Wir hatten neu umgebaute Zimmer mit einem riesigen Bett, 2 Einzelbetten und grossem Balkon. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer, vielen Dank!

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Vor allem die Leute im Service im Restaurant und in der Reinigung. Immer gut gelaunt und effizient. Der Strand war sauber und das Wasser klar. Unglaublich tolles Riff vor der Haustüre! Auch unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war super. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Kompliment an die Küche! Etwas "nervig" manchmal waren die Verkäufer. Sie wollten einem immer etwas andrehen und liessen einem nicht in Ruhe schauen. Das fanden wir doch etwas schade und eilt dem Ruf von Ägypten vor. Was wir auch etwas schaden fanden, war, dass die Spielsachen im MiniClub doch etwas zu kaputt teils waren. Allgemein ist der MiniClub in einem eher schlechteren Zustand und müsste unserer Meinung nach renoviert werden, respektive die Spielsachen und Klettersachen erneuert werden. Das Animations-team war ebenfalls sehr nett, doch konnten alle bloss russisch sprechen, also nicht mal wirklich englisch. dies fanden wir für ein internationales Hotel dann doch etwas fragwürdig. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns 2 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tollte Zeit. Preis-Leistung stimmt sicher! Vielen Dank.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful house reef

Cons: The Sky Lounge is great, but because on the big screen there was Egyptian TV, there were not a lot of people there. Why not show movies (Nemo...)
Our room was quiet, spacious and clean with a private terrace with a beautiful view over the jetty and the beach. We felt very much at home. The food, although buffet, was very tasty, healthy and varied every day. We tried everything and never had a problem with our stomachs. The staff was very helpful and very nice. We would especially like to thank Hamody who was looking after ourselves very well :-) The animation team was great. Every day they were motivating the people to be active. Thank you Ramos, Zach, Miro and Katy we had a great time with your shows, playing volleyball, doing zumba and going to the Red Club in Port Ghalib! Also many thanks to the Orca Dive Team, who were very helpful, very professional and fun. We had our best dives thanks to Mina, Emir and Gaby.
