The main living area has a new kitchen with large island, dining area and all new appliances. The kitchen, living room, dining area and sun porch are open and flowing, making it perfect for family gatherings, hanging out and watching the sunsets.
The home comfortably sleeps ten (10) with a large master with a king bed. Bedroom # 2 is a queen bed. Bedroom # 3 on the upper level is a kids room with a bunk bed and folding sleeper. In the lower level, the family room as a new queen sleeper sofa and the 4th bedroom has a twin trundle bed that converts to a king size. The lower sunroom has another sleeping area.
The bathrooms are newly renovated and spacious. The upstairs full bath has a large vanity., tub/shower. In the lower level is an oversized walk-in shower. On the back patio is a privater outdoor shower.
Enjoy the sunsets on the upper deck with view of the river and beautiful sunsets. The deck has ample space to accommodate everyone and includes a gas grill for entertaining. To catch the morning sunrise, the front of the house has a sitting area adjacent to the indoor/outdoor bar and tv area.
Humarock beach is steps away [about 250 yards]. You can also access the river for kayaking, swimming or a ride on a paddle board.
If you need a break from the. sand, the outdoor space at 15 Newell is among the largest in Humarock, with a huge side yard, and back patio. Play horsehoes or bocce in the side yard; relax in the sun or shade areas or take a nap on the hammock. Enjoy night time fun with outdoor cabana and firepit.
