Overall pleased with the hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean, and the view was spectacular. Great location. Overall great service. My only complaint is that they were stingy with water and coffee. There were nice water dispensers in the lobby, but they filled them only once in the morning and by noon they were empty, and only 2 small bottles brought to the room per day. No coffee available in the lobby. Maybe this is the way that hotels are in Mexico, if which is the case I would award 5 stars due to the coffee, but the water issue should be rectified. If these things would not bother someone I would suggest this hotel.

This is a n ew hotel with some construction still in progress (Nov 2025). The front door man is a very friendly and helpful fellow. The shower floor is slippery when wet and needs a grab handle. Parking is underground and still under construction. Excellent beach views.

Great sunset.

Construction taking place. I think it was the restaurant under construction. Lots of restaurants around the area. Only real issue is the Limited parking. I got lucky and was able to get a parking spot. Parking spots are for small cars. If you have a truck, good luck. View was stunning from our patio. Patio is for standing only. Chair does not fit on the patio. But the view is worth standing and watching the sunset.
