Everything about this hotel was really good — the distance from Masjid al-Haram, the cleanliness, the security — everything was great. The only problem we had was with the bathroom. There was a drainage issue, and water kept coming up and flooding the shower. Also, they hadn’t noticed that the shampoo and soap had run out, which was inconvenient because I was already wet and ready to shower when I realized there was no shampoo or body wash.

First day was good but the rooms looks old and not too clean needs more care 2nd night and the last the electricity shutdown around 1.20am and no one contacted me as Im alone I can’t go out of the room floor 23 Then i didnt sleep that last night even after it came back after 2hours or more The staff said it was a maintenance and no one tell us or announced in our rooms doors The one who contacted me later on this app Said its shutdown suddenly I asked for arefund for this night they said No!!!!!

Hotel is on the doorstep of the Haram. Very easy access for daily prayers. Clean, neat and lovely suite. Hotel advertises the outdoor seating area overlooking the Haram, however not accessible for whatever reason.

The only advantage of this property is the closeness to the Haram. Extremely old and moldy bathrooms. I chose this hotel after a very pleasant stay at the Manakha Rotana in Madinah but it was a very disappointing experience.

This is my fourth visit here. Distance to Haram is very close. I felt the service was not as usual this time due to the rush of Ramadan. There restaurants were full and seating was sometimes not available, and tables and service not upto standard. I would not hesitate to stay here, but would advice to keep the usual standard even if the hotel is full.
