I stayed at this hotel and left disappointed. Check-in was at 4:30 PM, and I was told their policy is strictly between 4-6 PM — an unusual rule I’ve never encountered before. The staff seemed more focused on enforcing this than offering good service, even requesting visa documents no other hotel has e.g. conrad makkah. I booked a Fairmont Gold room, but it didn’t justify the price. The room was small, and they charge extra just for being on a higher floor. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and often didn’t work at all, which was frustrating for a premium hotel. What bothered me most was the early checkout pressure. They started reminding me about checkout at 11 AM — a full hour before the official time. It felt rushed and unwelcoming. Overall, the management seemed more concerned with self created rules than providing customer service. For the price and supposed luxury, it fell short in many areas, and I won’t be returning.

Overall it was a good experience. But housekeeper tended to our room for upper 1/5 days we were there which led to a lack in towel and water. Very frustrating when you have a 5 month old who needs filtered water for baby formula and creates a messy room.

Very good location it's very closed to haram but very bad room beds are not comfortable at all. Bathroom are small like motels. I found broken refrigerator safe and toilet are not flashing i have to call times horrible service.
